Shipping Policy

We pack and ship every order with the utmost care, because we know how important card condition is to collectors. All single cards are shipped double-sleeved and toploaded (or in card shields) inside bubble mailers.

1. Order Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed and handed over to our couriers within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates (Singapore)

We offer island-wide tracked shipping within Singapore:

• Standard Tracked Delivery: $4.00 SGD (delivered within 2-4 business days).
• Free Tracked Delivery: Applicable on all orders totaling $150.00 SGD or more.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Missing or Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we are no longer responsible for it. For packages lost in transit before delivery, please contact us so we can file an inquiry with the carrier.
