1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Peach TCG (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Conditions of Sale & Pricing

All prices listed are in SGD unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. Due to the high volatility of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Product Condition & Accuracy

We strive to accurately describe all products, including the condition of single cards (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played). However, grading is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that cards will meet specific third-party grading standards unless sold as a certified graded slab (e.g., PSA/CGC).

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use bots, automated scripts, or scrapers to buy products, monitor stock levels, or extract content from our website. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and cancelled orders.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
